North Shore served as Owner's Representative and GC for this complete exterior and interior renovation of a 4,842 sf building into a high-tech cosmetic dental office and medspa. Located in the historic riverside area of Covington, Kentucky, the office includes reception area, dental offices, spa-treatment areas, employee break-room and employee fitness area.
