With a history of working with our team members, Combined Container Board contracted North Shore to design/build another expansion of their manufacturing facility, increasing the corrugated paper company’s production and storage facility to over 190,000 SF. Due to the extreme weight of the 7,000 lbs. paper roll stock used for production, construction included the extension of a railroad spur into the building for off loading, and a heavy duty 11” concrete floor throughout the warehouse.
