Acting as the owner’s representative on this seven-story, 113-room hotel project, North Shore assisted the developer with pre-construction and site development activities. In addition to the construction of the dual-brand hotel, the project required the demolition of a two-story industrial building, installation of an engineered rammed aggregate pier foundation, and an extensive retaining wall system that shores two roads bordering the development.
