David Noell

David’s career in commercial construction and real estate development as a Principal, Executive, Project Manager, Estimator, and Site Superintendent, has exposed him to every facet of building construction. He has found that efficiencies in constructibility and value are a function of properly integrating and managing the pre-development process with the design and construction team.

What sets David apart from most executives in the construction and development industry is that he has firsthand experience in every aspect of the process – from site selection and due diligence through the end of construction. His project resume includes multi-story hotel and office buildings, healthcare facilities, heavy to light industrial production facilities, educational buildings, financial institutions, retail buildings (box and strip), restaurants, and roll-out prototype projects, with construction contract amounts ranging from $250,000 to $50,000,000.
