First Financial Bank - Liberty Tower
Situated within the historic Liberty Tower in Dayton, OH, North Shore was contracted to build this entirely new structure and subsequent tenant finish to house First Financial Bank’s downtown Dayton, OH branch. With consideration given to Liberty Tower’s listing on the National Register of Historic Places, special care was taken during the demolition and construction process to protect and preserve the 1931 landmark’s original 30-foot high ceilings, Art Deco lighting, marble walls, granite flooring, and custom woodwork.
