North Shore Construction & Development Services managed the tenant improvements for First Financial Bank’s new College Hill location in Cincinnati, OH. The interior work consisted of maintaining high ceilings and installing 9’ glass office partitions, chandelier fixtures, along with bright accent walls and modern finishes and furniture. The installation of an exterior ATM, Audio/Visual capabilities, and pneumatic tubing systems allow for drive-thru banking.
