Holtman’s Donuts - Loveland
Originally built in 1953, North Shore completely remodeled all aspects of one of Holtman’s Donuts original locations in Loveland, OH. A completely new exterior Hardi plank and metal panel package was installed, transforming a painted block building into a charming general store with a Donut Garden. All interior walls were torn down and the existing floor finishes taken down to the slab, allowing for a completely new, open customer dining area and a kitchen, and providing the location with a completely new MEP infrastructure and refreshed brand to rejuvenate the Holtman’s Donuts experience for years to come.
