Keystone Parke Phase III
Hotel & Parking Garage

The third phase of the Keystone Parke Development includes a TIF-funded parking garage, engineered to support a 5-story, 120-room Hilton Garden Inn hotel. North Shore was contracted by the Owner to:

  • Manage architecture, structural engineering, and MEP design team

  • Act as liaison with City of Cincinnati

  • Assemble schedules for design, pre-construction activities, development milestones and construction activities

  • Review and assemble value engineering studies

  • Prepare General Conditions and General Requirements specifications

  • Prepare guidelines and documentation for SBE/WBE/MBE requirements

  • Prepare and manage public bid documents and bid process

  • Review contractor bids, perform interviews, and assemble a bid matrix

  • Negotiate construction contract

  • Generally oversee construction progress, schedules, and budget

  • Coordinate design and construction with hotel architect, engineers and contractor
