Mi Tierra Supermercado & Taqueria

North Shore Construction & Development Services acted as General Contractor for Mi Tierra Supermercado & Taqueria’s second location in Springdale, OH. The $1.3 million, 20,000 SF tenant space and block-and-bar-joist addition contains a full-service grocery store, complete with meat and deli counters; walk-in coolers; and a sit-down restaurant with a new kitchen and hood system. Public utility upgrades and shutdowns were coordinated so as not to affect neighboring tenant spaces and outlots, and an extensive network of under- and above-ground conduits and piping were installed to operate the food service equipment, check-out lanes, and shelving systems.
