North Shore Construction & Development Services managed the transformation of a 10-acre field in West Chester, OH into a destination for restaurants and retailers. Acting as Construction Manager for the site package and a public road extension, along with a continued role as Development Manager throughout the completion of the tenant buildings, North Shore provided the following services:
Development and Tenant design-team management
Liaison between public road extension Service Agreement stakeholders
Management of lease agreement timelines and construction requirements
Prepare and manage bid documents and bid process
Negotiation of construction contracts
General oversight of all construction progress, tenant and development schedules, and budget
