Tricia Cartner, NCARB, CDT, LEED AP

Tricia is a licensed architect who has been in the design industry for over 12 years. She began her career as a design professional in Memphis, TN. Upon relocating to Ohio in 2016, Tricia continued her career in the Cincinnati area.

Tricia has significant experience designing hospitality, multi-family residential, schools, small medical facilities and other commercial projects. Her professional strengths include space planning, construction detailing, construction documentation and project management. Tricia has worked with multiple construction types including wood framing systems, conventional steel, pre-engineered buildings, load bearing ICF and masonry systems.

Outside of architecture, Tricia gives back to her community by serving on the leadership team of Luke5Adventures, a Cincinnati based non-profit that specializes in hiking excursions for those with limited mobility. She also travels to Haiti to serve alongside SMI Haiti where they provide assistance to local villages through construction, education and medical care.
